Do you like tasty, but easy-to-make food? Do you like to get creative, but don’t have a whole lot of time to devote to cooking and food prep? Maybe you’re a student, a busy mom, or a non-cook with an eye towards eating more healthfully.

I’ve been all these, and these pages are the (edible) results of some of my mad kitchen alchemy.
